Terms of Service & Usage Protocols
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing Indexfuzzyrnk.com (the "Service"), hosted and maintained by Indexfuzzyrnk Data Labs Ltd. (Company No. 14982041, registered at 74 Silicon Viaduct, Tech Quarter, Shoreditch, London EC2A 4NE, UK), you signify your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or engineering team, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind said entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Permissible Use
All benchmark methodology datasets, proprietary Pass@1 evaluation scores, and UI assets published on Indexfuzzyrnk are the exclusive intellectual property of Indexfuzzyrnk Data Labs Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access benchmark reports for internal research, technology selection, and engineering architecture planning.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Scrape or programmatically harvest our directory listings at rates exceeding 60 requests per minute without prior written API licensing.
- Misrepresent our independent benchmark findings or alter latency/accuracy figures in public marketing campaigns without attribution.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer our server-side polymorphic testbed binaries.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty & Benchmark Accuracy
While Indexfuzzyrnk employs rigorous empirical methodologies, all benchmarks, model scores, latency stats, and toolchain recommendations are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
Software engineering environments vary wildly based on mono-repo configuration, compiler flags, and CI/CD topology. We do not guarantee that any specific AI coding assistant will yield identical Pass@1 metrics on your private codebase.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Indexfuzzyrnk Data Labs Ltd., its directors, employees, or infrastructure affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of source code, data corruption, downtime, or business interruption) arising out of your adoption of third-party software tools listed within our directory.
5. Termination & Access Revocation
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate programmatic API access or revoke interactive session tokens of any user who engages in malicious probing, DDoS attacks, or abusive automated scanning against our edge endpoints.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
